Dive deep into the life you don't want.
We often try to imagine the life we do want, which can be overwhelming. However, imagining the life we don't want is often times very clear to us. This is what we'll do in step 1.
Get clarity on what you should prioritize.
If we know how we don't want our lives to end, it's easy to figure out what we should and should not prioritize in the decades towards that moment. That's what we'll do in step 2.
Live the life you do want.
In the end we reverse the most miserable future version of ourselves, into the life we do want to live and conclude an immediate action step for this week.
